Privacy Policy

When you use the quote form or email us, we collect the details you give: your name, phone number, email address, the location of the job and whatever you tell us about the work.

We do not collect anything else about you, and the website does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and certify the work. That is our legitimate interest as a business responding to someone who contacted us.

Just Chris. We never sell your details and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.

The only exceptions are where we must pass certification details to a scheme provider such as NAPIT, or where the law requires us to disclose something.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed work, including certificates and invoices, are kept for six years as required for tax and electrical certification purposes.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Email us and we will deal with it within one month.

If you are not happy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
